Adolf Hitler was born on 20 April 1889 in Braunau, Austria. He discovered his artistic vocation as a painter. Hitler twice failed at the Fine Arts Academy in Vienna. He started the Second World War convinced of the supremacy of the German people. It caused the death of 50 million people, both civilian and military. He committed suicide on 30 April 1945 at the age of 56.
